The Senior Project Manager will work collaboratively with all areas of the company for process and technological improvements through a forward-looking vision, clear judgment in managing risk, and driving deliverables. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to transform our business through large scale initiatives that maximizes ATS results and profitability. In addition, this role defines and executes on the continuous improvement roadmap for Digital Transformation and Project Management capabilities for the organization. Strong team leadership of internal, external, and partner resources is critical.

It also includes managing the approved projects through to successful delivery, ensuring a seamless integration with the business. This includes managing the intake process for project requests by working with project sponsors, business stakeholders, outside partners, and other leaders to ensure accurate estimates, charters, and schedules exist for proposed projects.
